I started using the coaching services of Clarkashians & Co. in 2016, part way through the second year of my start up business. Just prior to me starting the coaching, Karen explained that there was a gap between where I was at the time and where I wanted to be if I was living my vision. Karen told me that by using the services of Clarkashians & Co. I would learn how to bridge that gap. The training programme provided me with new tools to shift and expand my mindset, and how to become the person living my vision.
The results have exceeded my wildest expectations. I have analysed all my sales figures, lead generation etc. for the first 2 years of trading. The outcomes of adopting the strategies I learned from Clarkashians & Co. coaching, is that for the 2nd year of trading to 31st March 2017 I have more than doubled my turnover, (it actually increased by 155%! ). Now I am in the 4th month of my 3rd year of trading, and by continuing to use the same strategies, I’m on target to double the 2nd year’s turnover.
The programme changed how I do business. It helped me to set the goals that I wouldn’t have previously thought possible.
I had been on many other training courses and they covered mindset, but the Clarkashians & Co. programme really made me open up my mind , understand what that really meant, and has made me strive for a much bigger vision than I would have had the courage to think was possible before, and it is happening!
What I really like about this coaching and the programme I did, is that I had an audio lesson each week, and a follow up with session with one on one coaching from Karen, and in these sessions the strategies and tools Karen gave me every week helped me clarify what I was learning in the weekly audios and easily put it into action. A nice side benefit is that I have developed amazing trusted relationships with many of my business customers at the same time, and it has helped me tremendously with personal relationships too.
